Delivery

Do you use your own delivery service?

Yes. It is of the utmost importance to transport the roses correctly. We can only offer this guarantee if we do it ourselves.

What time will my order be delivered?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to indicate a time or part of the day for delivery. You will automatically receive a confirmation when the bouquet has been delivered.

What if the recipient is not at home?

The recipient of the bouquet will be informed that he/she has missed the delivery person.

What are the delivery costs?

The delivery costs are €7.50 for an order up to €75.
Above that, delivery is free.

On which days do you deliver?

You can choose on which day the roses will be delivered. Our delivery service operates from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays).

Delivery area

In whicharea do you deliver?

We deliver to your home in zip codes 2200 AA to 3399 ZZ. Unfortunately, delivery outside this area is not yet possible.
We are looking for top florists who are willing and able to deliver Red Naomis outside our delivery area with the same quality standards as we do.

Can I also collect the roses myself?

Yes, that is possible, at the nursery in Waddinxveen. You will then receive a discount of € 7.50 on your order.

To order

Until what time can I order for delivery today?

If you place your order before 12:00, it will be delivered the same day.

Can I order by telephone?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order by telephone.

No sender on the card. Who is the orderer?

Due to privacy legislation, we are not allowed to tell you who ordered the roses.

Will I receive confirmation?

After placing the order you will receive a confirmation by email.

About the roses

How long do the roses stay beautiful?

The roses remain beautiful for at least 12 days with the right treatment. See also the care tips on the website.

What makes the Red Naomi roses so special?

Red Naomi is the rose with a perfect red color and an even, velvety shade. She is the only red rose with large flower heads and a subtle scent.

Do you grow the roses yourself?

Porta Nova is a worldwide known rose grower. We are at the forefront of innovation and reducing the CO2 footprint.

Are the roses grown sustainably?

We are the most sustainable rose nursery in the world. For example, we use LED lighting and with our unique 'Climator System' we store heat from the summer underground, which we use again in the winter.

Change and cancel

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellation is not possible.

Can I change an order?

Changes are no longer possible for orders that would be delivered today or the next day. It is possible to change an order further in advance by logging into your customer account. If you do not have this, you can send us an email with the change request, we will always get back to you within 24 hours.

Warranty and returns

Can I return items?

Unfortunately, flowers cannot be returned.
You can contact us to return the other products. The costs for returns are at your own expense.

Do you offer a guarantee on the roses?

We guarantee a vase life of 12 days. Because we use our own delivery, you can expect the roses in top condition.
